Our Initial Pendant Necklace is made with Stainless Steel and finished with durable Gold or Silver PVD plating. It's waterproof and tarnish-resistant, made to be worn every day: in the shower, at the gym or at the beach.
To keep it shining, rinse in fresh water after swimming in the ocean or a chlorinated pool, and pat dry with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.
To clean, place in a bowl of warm water with a little gentle liquid detergent, then wipe with a lint-free cloth.

As each Initial Pendant Necklace is personalised and made to order, it is final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged for change of mind. Please check your initials, metal and chain carefully before ordering.

Can I add symbols to my pendant?
At the moment, we offer letters only. We don’t currently stamp symbols, as we focus on creating clean, timeless initial pendants. If we introduce symbols in the future, we’ll be sure to announce it.
How can I purchase additional pendants at a later date?
You’re welcome to add extra pendants to your necklace anytime. Additional pendants are $20 each.
Because we attach each pendant with our tools to ensure a secure, clean finish, you’ll just need to send your necklace back to our workshop. Once it arrives, we’ll fit the new pendants and invoice you for the pendant(s) and return shipping.

Will my pendants tarnish?
Our Initial Pendants are made to last. Each one is stainless steel with a Gold or Silver PVD finish, chosen for everyday wear.
- Waterproof and tarnish-resistant, so you can wear it in the shower, at the gym or at the beach.
- PVD plating is bonded to the steel in a vacuum process, so it holds its colour far longer than traditional gold plating.

How long does my necklace take to make?
Each pendant is made to order, so we allow a short creation window to ensure the finish is perfect. Your piece will be crafted and dispatched within 2–3 business days. If you need it sooner, feel free to reach out — we’ll always do our best to help.
